Abstract:
A coil rack structure, comprising a coil rack and enameled wires, wherein the coil rack comprises a winding shaft and flanges at two ends, and the enameled wires are wound around the coil rack and are located in a winding space. In winding areas in the coil rack that correspond to the enameled wires, at least one bevel-shaped structure formed on a preset carrier is further provided, and then an included angle between the bevel-shaped structure and the axis of the winding shaft is made an acute angle. The size of the bevel-shaped structure in the radial direction of the winding shaft is not less than the size of the wire diameter of one enameled wire. In the present disclosure, the bevel-shaped structure can be used to limit the enameled wires, and in the winding areas of the enameled wires, at least one enameled wire is limited in the axial direction and radial direction of the coil rack, so as to prevent the enameled wire from loosening in the axial direction and the radial direction of the coil rack.
