Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a coil winding method for a fine metal wire, and the method is applicable in manufacturing of electronic elements. The method comprises: winding a metal wire on an electronic element, then winding an end of the wire on a metal winding cylinder provided with a blade at an upper end thereof, and applying a force on the wire when the metal wire is wound to the position of the blade, so as to cut the wire. The present invention improves product manufacturing efficiency, and solves the problems in which the wound coil detaches from the winding cylinder when the number of loops of the coil is large, or an excessive length or inconsistent length of the loose end of the coil after cutting, which would impact the subsequent manufacturing process step. In this way, the present invention improves operation and manufacturing efficiency, reduces a product failure rate, and creates high financial gains for the manufacturers.
