Abstract:
A coil assembly comprises a substrate and a coil disposed on one surface of the substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a shielding plate having a diameter of 90mm with an error range of ± 1.2mm and a thickness of 3.0mm with an error range of ± 0.15mm or less, and the coil is formed by winding a 0.7mm diameter wire in three layers, so as to have a toroidal shape having a planar inner diameter of 60mm with an error range of ± 0.5mm or less, a planar outer diameter of 77mm with an error range of ± 2mm or less, and a thickness of 2.1mm with an error range of ± 0.15mm or less. The wire is wound 13 times or more at each of the three layers, so that the coil is formed by winding the wire 40 times in total and when operating within a frequency range of 130-150kHz, the coil can transmit a wireless power signal in a range of 20W to 100W with an inductance of 330uH with an error range of ± 10%.
