Abstract:
Disclosed is a coiled battery cell (20), comprising: a first electrode sheet (22), the first electrode sheet (22) comprising a first active substance layer that fully covers two surfaces of the first electrode sheet (22), wherein the outermost circle of the coiled battery cell (20) is a separator (24), and the separator (24) of the outermost circle is adjacent to the first electrode sheet (22). A battery comprising the coiled battery cell is further disclosed. The purpose is to at least reduce the risk of short circuit due to tearing and breakage of the outer layer of foil during falling of the coiled battery cell.
