Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to solve the problem of fatigue failure of a coilless clutch torque ring, which is provided between a pulley, power rotated by a vehicle engine, and a driving shaft for driving the compressor of an air conditioner, so as to block power transmission between the pulley and the driving shaft when abnormal torque is generated in the compressor during the power transmission. The present invention relates to a coilless clutch torque ring having a fatigue failure prevention structure for dispersing and absorbing bending stress generated at the starting point of the power connection part of the torque ring, the coilless clutch torque ring comprising: the power connection part (121) of the torque ring (100) formed in a straight shape; a folded part (122) formed at a predetermined angle inside the starting point of the power connection part (121) in the circumferential direction so as to be inserted into the insertion part (22) of a cover ring (20) without elastic deformation; a dispersion hole (160) formed on a base surface (110) at a location where the power connection part (121) is started; and a connection surface (161), at which the dispersion hole (160) is started, formed on the same line as that of the power connection part (121) such that tensile stress is applied to the power connection part (121).
