Abstract:

A coin dispensing device capable of reliably dispensing even a coin (C1) having magnetism. A coin stopper (51) is receded from a dispensing belt (33) by a solenoid (52) to allow a coin to pass through. The coin stopper (51) is advanced by the solenoid (52) to the surface of a coin (C1) to be dispensed, and then the coin stopper (51) is advanced, short of the next coin, onto the dispensing belt (33) to prevent passage of the next coin. That portion of the coin stopper (51) which makes contact with the coin (C1) is constructed from a nonmagnetic substance, so that even the magnetic coin (C1) can be reliably dispensed.
