Abstract:
A coin feeder (70) comprises a rotary disc (72) being rotated under a state inclining at a predetermined angle against the vertical direction, a hopper member (74) forming a space (73) for storing coins between the surface (72b) of the rotary disc (72), and a plurality of protrusion members (78) provided on the surface (72b) of the rotary disc (72). By means of each protrusion member (78), a coin in the lower region of the rotary disc (72) is carried to the upper region of the rotary disc (72) as the rotary disc (72) rotates. A fist guide member (80) is arranged closer to the central side of the rotary disc (72) than each protrusion member (78) thereof through a slight clearance to the surface (72b) of the rotary disc (72). The fist guide member (80) is arranged to guide a coil carried by each protrusion member (78) to a coin carrying mechanism (76) in the upper region of the rotary disc (72).
