Abstract:
There is provided a coin laundry management system including a coin laundry concentrated control section (3) and a network camera (12) which are arranged in a coin laundry store (2) and a central control device (16) which is arranged at an administrator side (15) and connected to the coin laundry concentrated control section (3) and the network camera (12) via predetermined communication means. The coin laundry concentrated control section (3) is connected to the central control device (16) via the public line network (28). Moreover, the network camera (12) is all the time connected to the central control device (16) by the Internet (27). The administrator side (15) performs remote management of a coin laundry device (4) according to the substantially real time moving image inside the store (2) displayed on the central control device (16) and the state of the coin laundry device (4), thereby rapidly and appropriately coping with claims of a user of the coin laundry and ensuring security of the coin laundry store (2). Thus, it is possible to realize outsourcing of the coin laundry management business.
