Abstract:
A coin packaging machine which can efficiently perform packaging processing. A stacking section stacks therein a predetermined number of coins conveyed thereto. A packaging section wraps packaging paper around the stacked coins of the predetermined number and packages the coins. The stacking of the coins of the predetermined number performed at the stacking section and the packaging of the stacked coins performed at the packaging section are executed parallel to each other. The stacking of the coins of the predetermined number performed at the stacking section and the packaging of the stacked coins performed at the packaging section are interlocked with each other so that both the stacking and the packaging complete at the same time in a time period which is the longer of the time period for the stacking and the time period for the packaging. When the time period for the packaging of the stacked coins performed at the packaging section is longer, the stacking section delays the processing thereof and reliably stacks the coins. When the time period for the stacking of the coins performed at the stacking section is longer, the packaging section delays the processing thereof and reliably packages the stacked coins.
