Title:
COKE CAKING ADDITIVE PRODUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/111986
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a coke caking additive production method that can simplify the facilities for securing sufficient agitation performance for a fine powder coal slurry in pyrolysis, obtain a reduction in power, and enable smooth operation by inhibiting the occurrence of coking. The present invention comprises the following steps: a drying and slurrying step (1, 2, 3) for pulverizing a low grade coal into a fine powdered coal, slurrying the same by mixing with a hydrogen solvent and then drying; a preheating step (4) for preheating the slurry obtained in the drying and slurrying step; a pyrolysis and hydrogenation step (5) for obtaining a product by pyrolyzing the preheated slurry; and a solid-liquid-gas separation step (6, 7, 8) for separating the product obtained in the pyrolysis and hydrogenation step into gas, oil components, and a coke caking additive. In the drying and slurrying step, the water content of the fine powdered coal is adjusted to be 5-25 wt%, and in the preheating step, the water content of the fine powdered coal is caused to evaporate.
