Abstract:
A cold air valve mechanism, comprising a first plate structure (1), wherein the first plate structure (1) is provided with a first ventilation hole (11); and a second plate structure (2), wherein the second plate structure (2) comprises a shielding structure (21), the shielding structure (21) matches the first ventilation hole (11), the shielding structure (21) is rotatably connected to the first plate structure (1), and the second plate structure (2) is used for, by means of the rotation of the shielding structure (21) relative to the first plate structure (1), opening and closing a ventilation channel in communication with the first ventilation hole (11). Further disclosed are a cooling device and a vehicle.
