Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cold cathode comprising a graphene film, and an electron gun using same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cold cathode comprising a graphene film and an electron gun using same, which can be used in vacuum electronic devices having a range of millimeter and sub millimeter frequencies. The present invention provides a cold cathode comprising a graphene film and capable of stably emitting electrons having a high current density, and an electron gun comprising same. Specifically, a cold cathode including a thin graphene film having a high aspect ratio can maintain a high current density and current.
