Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO1997014168
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
A cold cathode vacuum discharge tube, and method for making same, with an interior surface of the trigger probe coated with carbon deposited by carbon vapor deposition (CVD) or diamond-like carbon (DLC) deposition.
