Abstract:

A cold forging former apparatus having a redirecting function of a shaped object is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a main mold part including a first guide part, a guide slope, an ejector pin, and a second guide part; and a punch mold portion having a punch pin. The ejector pin starts to move in the direction of a vertical inlet/outlet part while a shaped object is horizontally introduced into the main mold part through the first guide part by the punch pin and slides on the guide slope to be erected in the vertical direction, and the shaped object is placed on the upper surface of a pedestal and the ejector pin and is guided to the vertical inlet/outlet part. The present invention allows a horizontally positioned shaped object to be redirected so as to be quickly erected in a vertical direction, whereas conventionally a worker has to manually erect a horizontally positioned shaped object in the vertical direction. Accordingly, provided is a cold forging former apparatus having a redirecting function of a shaped object, which can remarkably shorten production time, thereby enhancing productivity, reducing manufacturing costs, and enhancing price competitiveness.
