Abstract:
A cold forging mold for manufacturing a sector tooth of a seat recliner, according to the present invention, comprises: a first forging mold which receives a material to be forged that is made from SCM415 and is coated with a lubrication film after annealing the material, and which cold-presses the material to be forged for the upsetting thereof so as to produce a pre-form; and a second forging mold which receives the pre-form and cold-presses the pre-form so as to produce the sector tooth of a seat recliner. A sector tooth manufacturing method using the cold forging mold for manufacturing the sector tooth of a seat recliner, according to the present invention, comprises: a material preparation step for preparing a material to be forged that is made from SCM415 and is coated with a lubrication film after annealing the material; a first forging step for forming a pre-form by mounting the material to be forged in the first forging mold which is one component of the cold forging mold for manufacturing a sector tooth of a seat recliner, and then carrying out cold forging molding; and a second forging step for manufacturing the sector tooth of a seat recliner by mounting the pre-form in a second forging mold and then carrying out cold forging molding.
