A cold-hot water separation valve, comprising an outer sleeve (1). A separation cavity (11), a backflow cavity (12) and a hot water cavity (13) are provided in the outer sleeve (1). The backflow cavity (12) is communicated with the separation cavity (11) by means of a first port (14). The hot water cavity (13) is communicated with the separation cavity (11) by means of a second port (15). A one-way valve (4) is disposed in the backflow cavity (12). A piston barrel (2) is disposed in the separation cavity (11). A certain gap exists between an outer wall of the piston barrel (2) and an inner wall of the outer sleeve (1). A first through hole (21), a second through hole (22) and a third through hole (23) are provided on a barrel wall of the piston barrel (2). A temperature sensing actuator (3) and a first elastic piece (24) are disposed in the piston barrel (2). A sealing disc (37) is disposed on the temperature sensing actuator (3). An elastic component (5) is disposed on the inner wall of the outer sleeve (1). The valve can achieve accurate cold-hot water separation by means of sliding fit between a piston barrel and an outer sleeve, can regulate the outlet water temperature of hot water as required, has an accurate judgment function, and is high in backflow efficiency, stable in operation and long in service life.
