Abstract:
Provided is a cold permanent wave lotion, comprising the following components in mass percentages: 10.0% of ammonium thioglycolate, 1.5% of aqueous ammonia, 1.0% of liquid paraffin, 2.0% of oleic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 5.0% of propylene glycol, an appropriate amount of disodium EDTA, 8.0% of sodium bromate, and the balance of deionized water. The cold permanent wave lotion has an excellent performance and allows for better secondary styling of the hair.
