Abstract:
A cold-rolled plate surface passivation process, comprising the following steps: S1: soaking; S2: cleaning; S3: sewage treatment; S4: pickling; S5: passivation, in which an acidified cold-rolled plate is rapidly dried at a temperature of 70-85 degrees Celsius for 5-9 minutes, and then the cold-rolled plate is passivated in a passivation apparatus, wherein a passivation agent, an additive and pure water are added in a passivation liquid container of the passivation apparatus, the cold-rolled plate being completely soaked in a mixed liquid of the passivation agent, the additive and the pure water, wherein the passivation agent, the additive and the pure water comprise the following components by weight: 34-56 parts passivation agent, 18-24 parts additive, 20-40 parts pure water; S6: spraying; S7: rinsing; S8: passivation testing. By means of soaking the cold-rolled plate by using a passivation agent and an additive, and spraying a surface of the cold-rolled plate with an active agent, the effect of passivation of the cold-rolled plate is better, and the probability of the occurrence of edge crack defects or surface defects is reduced.
