Abstract:
Provided are: a cold-rolled steel sheet which has excellent chemical conversion ability, while exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance after coating; a method for producing the cold-rolled steel sheet; and an automobile member. A method for producing a cold-rolled steel sheet, wherein a steel sheet which has been subjected to continuous annealing after cold rolling is subjected to first acid pickling and then to second acid pickling, and is subsequently subjected to a neutralization process using an alkaline solution.
