Abstract:

A cold-rolled steel sheet having a composition which contains, in terms of mass%, up to 0.0040% C, up to 0.02% Si, 0.14-0.25% Mn, up to 0.020% P, up to 0.015% S, up to 0.0040% N, 0.020-0.070% Al, 0.005-0.030% Nb, 0.005-0.030% Ti, and 0.0003-0.0010% B in solid solution state (B in BN form is excluded), the remainder being iron and unavoidable impurities. Even when cold rolling was conducted at a draft of 85% or lower, the cold-rolled steel sheet has, without fail, a ferrite structure having an average crystal-grain diameter of 12.0 µm or smaller and has excellent non-earing properties giving -0.20≤Δr≤0.20.
