Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cold rolling annealing furnace waste hydrogen recycling system, comprising a waste hydrogen treatment pipeline connected to an annealing furnace. A pretreatment tower, a waste hydrogen compressor, a pressure swing adsorption tower, and a deoxidation drying tower are sequentially arranged on the waste hydrogen treatment pipeline in a waste hydrogen circulation direction; a first adsorbent layer capable of removing emulsion and moisture contained in waste hydrogen is provided in the pretreatment tower; and a second adsorbent layer used for adsorption and denitrification is provided in the pressure swing adsorption tower. In addition, the present invention also relates to a cold rolling annealing furnace hydrogen supply system using the cold rolling annealing furnace waste hydrogen recycling system. In the present method, the emulsion and moisture contained in the waste hydrogen is removed by the pretreatment tower, the waste hydrogen is pressurized by the waste hydrogen compressor, nitrogen in the waste hydrogen is removed by the pressure swing adsorption tower, and oxygen in the waste hydrogen is removed by the deoxidation drying tower, such that high-purity hydrogen that satisfies the annealing process requirements can be obtained, the recycling of annealing furnace waste hydrogen is achieved, and the energy consumption and production costs of annealing furnace production are reduced.
