Abstract:
The cold rolling equipment according to the present invention is provided with a tandem cold mill provided with a plurality of rolling stands and a rolling-process supply system for supplying a rolling oil to the tandem cold mill, wherein the rolling-process supply system has a first rolling oil supply system for supplying a first emulsion rolling oil and a second rolling oil supply system for supplying a second emulsion rolling oil having a higher concentration than the first emulsion rolling oil, and at least a specified rolling stand among the plurality of rolling stands is supplied with a mixed rolling oil, in which the first emulsion rolling oil and the second emulsion rolling oil are mixed, so as to satisfy the expression (1) below. Expression (1): 0.6 ≤ F2/F1 ≤ 1.4, where F1 is a first horizontal force acting in a rolling direction on the rolls of the specified rolling stand, and F2 is a second horizontal force acting in a rolling direction on the rolls of an upstream rolling stand, which is positioned adjacently upstream of the specified rolling stand.
