Abstract:
A cold-start single-handle thermostatic valve, comprising a housing (1) and an adjustment handle base (2). An adjustment handle (3), a valve core stud assembly (4), a water barrier ring (5), a core rod assembly (6), a core rod fixing base (7), a plunger (8), a bias spring (9), and a plunger base (10) are sequentially arranged in the housing (1) and the adjustment handle base (2) from top to bottom; a sealing member (11) is arranged at the bottom of the valve core stud assembly (4); a mixed water outlet (12) is arranged between the water barrier ring (5) and the valve core stud assembly (4) on the housing (1); the upper surface of the water barrier ring (5) has a sealing surface (13) which can be sealingly fitted to the valve core stud assembly (4) by means of the sealing member (11). The problems that existing common valve cores employ two control handles to respectively adjust the water flow temperature and the water flow rate of mixed water, and thus, the operation is inconvenient, the product cost is high, and the shower experience is affected are solved.
