Provided is a cold storage device for thermal insulation containers. When a plurality of thermal insulation containers is being kept at a power supply point, the cold storage device makes it possible to make effective use of a power source (a power supply port) at the power supply point and supply power for cooling to the thermal insulation containers. The cold storage device also reduces the size and weight of lids for the plurality of thermal insulation containers and improves the efficiency with which space is used when the thermal insulation containers are being stored at the power supply point or elsewhere. A cold storage device for thermal insulation containers, the cold storage device comprising: a plurality of lids (200) that can open and close openings (111) that are formed in an outer surface of a plurality of thermal insulation container main bodies (110); a plurality of cooling means (210) that are provided to the lids and that are arranged to respectively correspond to the plurality of openings when the lids have closed the plurality of openings; and a power conversion device (300) that has a plug (310) that is connected to a power source, and that converts power supplied from the power source and supplies the power to the plurality of cooling means.
