Abstract:
Provided is a cold-storage potsticker skin with which it is possible to achieve both a doughy sensation and a jiggly sensation during heating. A cold-storage potsticker skin that includes a grain and starch, the weight ratio of the grain to the starch being 9:1 to 2:8. A cold-storage potsticker skin that includes a grain and starch, the weight ratio of the grain to the starch being 8:2 to 2:8. A cold-storage potsticker skin that includes a grain and starch, the weight ratio of the grain to the starch being 5.5:4.5 to 2:8. A cold-storage potsticker skin that includes a grain and starch, the weight ratio of the grain to the starch being 5.5:4.5 to 4:6. A cold-storage potsticker skin that includes a grain and starch, the weight ratio of the grain to the starch being 6:4 to 2:8.
