Abstract:
A collagen-rich artificial nerve scaffold and a manufacturing method therefor. The nerve scaffold comprises a scaffold membrane (1) and a degradable metal wire (2) wrapped by the scaffold membrane (1). The scaffold membrane (1) is rich in collagen, nerve growth factor (NGF), and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA). The manufacturing method comprises the steps of preparing a collagen powder, preparing NGF gelatin microspheres, preparing the scaffold membrane (1), and wrapping the degradable metal wire (2) with the scaffold membrane (1).
