Abstract:
A collapsible chair comprises a base (1) and a seat (2). The base (1) and the seat (2) are hinged with a first connecting rod (3) and a second connecting rod (4) therebetween, the second connecting rod being arranged in parallel with the first connecting rod (4). The first connecting rod (3) and the second connecting rod (4) have an equal length. The first connecting rod (3) or the second connecting rod (4) is hinged with a locking rod (5). A free end of the locking rod (5) is movably mounted on the seat (2). A locking device is provided between the free end of the locking rod (5) and the seat (2). During use as a chair, the locking device fixes the free end of the locking rod (5) to the seat (2). The included angle between a line connecting A and B and the locking rod (5) is greater than 0° and less than 180°, with A being a hinge connection point of the locking rod (5) to the first connecting rod (3), and B being a hinge connection point of the first connecting rod (3) to the seat (2). During use, the locking device fixes the free end of the locking rod (5) to the seat (2), and the locking rod (5), the second connecting rod (4) or the first connecting rod (3), and the seat (2) form a sturdy triangular support structure, thereby providing reliable support.
