PATENT CLAIMS
1. Collecting mechanism of electric machine consisting of brushes nested in brush holders connected to brush studs located in brush rings, characterized by the fact that at least one brush is made of a material containing teflon filling.
2. Collecting mechanism according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the brush material is made of teflon in whole.
3. Collecting mechanism according to claim 1 and/or claim 2, characterized by the fact that it is furnished with an additional brush holder with brush made of a material containing teflon filling.
4. Collecting mechanism according to any of the above mentioned claims, characterized by the fact that the contact area of the brush is shaped.
5. Collecting mechanism according to any of the above mentioned claims, characterized by the fact that the brush is inclined with angle of 0 to 180° to the commuter surface.
6. Collecting mechanism according to any of the above mentioned claims, characterized by the fact that the brush is furnished with a thrust element.
7. Collecting mechanism according to any of the above mentioned claims, characterized by the fact that the brush is in ring machines located on the leading edge at the distance of 0 to 360/2p from the original brush.
8. Collecting mechanism according to any of the above mentioned claims, characterized by the fact that the brush is located on the ring and close to the brushes with positive polarity.
9. Collecting mechanism according to any of the above mentioned claims, characterized by the fact that the brush is connected to a motion mechanism.
Description:
Collecting mechanism of electric machine technical field The invention relates to the collection mechanism of electric machine, consisting of a brush nested in a brush holder connected to a brush stud located in a brush ring.

Background of the invention The existing collecting mechanisms of electric machines consist of brushes nested in brush holders. The brush holder is usually connected to the brush ring using a bolt and nut. The brush pin is wired in the brush ring. The brush is nested in the brush holder without insulation, and thus is conductively connected directly with the brush holder, or brushes with teflon plates located at least on one side of the brush are used.

A drawback of these devices regarding the commutating features is reduction of the active area of the brush, which can deteriorate the processes running during commutation and establishment of sliding contact. Moreover, it is technologically demanding and increases the price of brushes. In case of application of brushes without any modifications, so-called"shadows"can occur-locally ragged areas, which substantially aggravate wear of the brushes, and thus reduce the life of the whole machine.

Summary of the invention The above-mentioned drawbacks are to a great extent eliminated by a collection mechanism of electric machine consisting of brushes nested in brush holders connected to brush studs located in brush rings according to this technical solution. Its principle is the fact that at least one brush is made of material containing teflon filling.

Ideally, the whole brush is made of teflon. The collecting mechanism can be furnished with an additional brush holder with a brush made of material containing teflon filling, while its contact area is conveniently shaped. The brush is ideally inclined in angle of 0 to 180° to surface of the commuter, and can be furnished with a thrust element. In ring machines, the brush is conveniently located on the leading edge at the distance of 0 to 360/2p from the original brush, and on the ring close to brushes with positive polarity. The brush can be also connected to the motion mechanism for movement of the brush according to the given requirements.

The principle of this solution is the fact that the teflon brushes located in individual brush tracks form a thin film on the commuter surface ; or on rings, which favourably influences commutation and existence of a sliding contact. This solution reduces disruption of the working area of brushes, secures elimination of shading, and so on.

In the described solution, at least one brush is located in one track. Their location is not fixed, but can be changed depending on the machine type.

The advantage of solution according to this solution is its undemanding production, low price and substantial improvement of commuting abilities of other brushes.

Another substantial advantage is prolonging of the lifetime of all brushes and reduction of wear of the commuter and rings. The solution also achieves reduction of commuter warming, and thus improvement of general heat and operational relations in the machine.

Reduction of losses and increase of machine effectiveness occur as well. The solution improves the environment and the overall operating costs are lower.

The teflon brush isolated from the brush holder forms a film on the commuter and the rings, and in the course of commutation, this solution contributes to improvement of electromagnetic compatibility. The effectiveness of the solution according to this technical solution is considerably higher.

Ideally, it is possible to use also other conducting materials to increase effectiveness of the described construction, or involve external materials, which are to be ideally located on the brush holder.

By introduction of the additional brushes according to this technical solution, increased time of commutation, and thus reduction of commuting voltage is achieved. Existing

especially in the area of commuting zone, and thus reducing the amount of the transformation voltage in the commutating reel. In its result, it leads to improvement of the commutation abilities of the machine, reduction of brush wear, reduction of commuter temperature, prolongation of the machine lifetime, and its isolation.

Flexible placement of the brush allows better guidance of the brushes on the working area, and increases quality of the contact. At the same time, it is necessary to state that the additional collecting mechanism shows similar advantages as the main collecting mechanism.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments The collecting mechanism of electric machine consists of brushes nested in brush holders connected to brush studs located in brush rings. One brush is made of teflon. The contact area of the brush is shaped and the brush is inclined in the angle of 30° to the surface of the commuter. At the same time, the brush is furnished with a thrust element and is connected to a motion mechanism.

In another making, the collecting mechanism is furnished with an additional brush holder with a brush made of material containing teflon filling.

In ring machines, the brush is located on the leading edge at the distance of 30/2p from the original brush, and is located on a ring and close to brushes with positive polarity.

The particular collecting mechanism of electric machine consists of a brush nested in a brush holder. The brush holder is connected to a brush stud located in a brush ring. The brush holder is isolated from the brush by an isolation layer, and is connected with the brush stud using a connecting element in form of a bolt and nut. The brush is connected by a wire to another connecting element in form of a bolt and another nut, to which an output wire is connected as well. The wire is connected with a side of the brush holder through a condenser, resistance and inductance.

In another making, the collecting mechanism is furnished with an additional collecting mechanism consisting of additional brushes connected by a shortening connection, while the additional brushes are pivoted, as the case may be. The additional brushes are located either on the leading or the leaving side of the brush, or in turn on the leading and leaving side of the brush. The additional brush is nested in the angle of 0 to 90° to the longitudinal axis, and extends to the commutation zone of the brush.

In all the above-mentioned makings, a coil with strong capacity element of reactance can be created around the brush holder.

Industrial applications The collecting mechanism according to this technical solution finds its use especially in production of electric machines equipped with a commuter or collecting rings.
