The present invention provides: a collection capsule having an RFID chip whose production includes a step S100 of preparing a capsule body for collecting a DNA sample of a livestock product, a step S200 of forming a flat-surface seating section by processing part of the outside surface of the prepared capsule body, a step S300 of fusing, onto the flat-surface seating section, an RFID chip for sorting by collection capsule, and a step S400 of fusing a transparent cap, for covering the RFID chip, onto the seating section such that the seating section is hermetically sealed; and a production method for said collection capsule. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the collection capsule is provided with an RFID chip loaded with individual-identification information and information about a livestock-product DNA sample collected in the collection capsule, thereby giving the advantage of easy individual identification by the collection capsule and that livestock-product history management information can be provided accurately and promptly. Further, there is the advantage that not only can a large amount of collection capsules be managed relatively efficiently but also ease of operation is improved.
