Abstract:
A collection kit (10, 10A) includes a sample collecting tube (18, 18A, 18B) that has a filling tank (34, 34B) which is disposed inside of an accommodation chamber (30), that communicates with an outflow port (32), and which is filled with a prescribed amount of a liquid specimen that is collected by a culture bottle (90, 92). The filling tank (34, 34B) includes a flowpath opening and closing member (36, 37) for allowing or blocking the flow of the liquid specimen between the accommodation chamber (30) and the filling tank.
