Abstract:

A collective housing shared entrance device, a collective housing door-to-door interphone device, a door-to-door containing box management device, and a communication system capable of controlling access and call of a visiting trader and passing and receiving an article door-to-door. An IC card is distributed to inhabitants and traders who are allowed to enter (registered traders). By using the IC card, inhabitant identification information and trader identification information are transmitted to the shared entrance device (2). If an inhabitant of the collective housing or a registered trader who has been registered in advance is identified, the person is allowed to enter the collective housing. At each door, family identification information and trader identification information are transmitted from the IC card to the interphone device (4). If a family member is identified, the door lock is released. Moreover, depending on whether the person is a registered trader or the other traders, the calling sound is changed or call sound is sent out/not sent out. Moreover, traders set among the registered traders are allowed to utilize door-to-door containing boxes.
