Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a collective intelligence gathering system. In the present invention, a collective intelligence gathering system and a collective intelligence gathering method using the same are disclosed, wherein the system comprises: an expert opinion management unit for receiving and storing opinions for or against a proposed matter that are transmitted by one or more participating experts, and one or more pieces of expert opinion data such as basis, explanation and the like; a background knowledge management unit for providing the one or more pieces of expert opinion data received by the expert opinion management unit to participants, for processing opinions of the participants, and for storing the same as background knowledge data with respect to the matter; a participation data management unit for providing the background knowledge data stored in the background knowledge management unit to the participants, for receiving participant opinion data that are input by the participants, and for processing the same as collective intelligence gathering data; and an expert opinion rank management unit for determining a rank based on the participant opinion data stored in the participation data management unit, for updating pieces of must-read opinion data and selective-read opinion data based on the rank, and for providing the same to the background knowledge management unit.
