The present request of Patent of Utility Model refers to a new "COLLECTIVE KIT OF STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTS FOR

ORAL HYGIENE", especially of a kit composed, basically, by a compact support having brims for manipulation and supports for vertical fixation; brush box of plane end and restraints for sustentation when the support is positioned in the vertical; tube of dental gel with incorporate cover and restraints, being more practical, versatile, safe and aseptic when compared to the known kits. The present model stands out also for being obtained by injection using recyclable raw material generating a piece of great end, in other words, without burr and without surfaces incisions facilitative of the propagation of microorganisms.

It is of general knowledge the importance of the dental brushing for people, being a habit that should be developed since childhood, as well in home as in day cares, schools, and similar social and local centers.

It is known that the inadequate packaging of products for oral hygiene causes the proliferation of microorganisms and current diseases. Several parameters should be considered in the elaboration of the storage device, as, for instance, the used material, the identification of the brushes, the organization of the equipments (brushes, dentifrice, dental floss) etc.

It's common accomplish some improvisations in this sense using cardboard or wood covered by plastics, fabrics in that the brushes are inserted of precarious way in rips accomplished in the cardboard or in the wood. On the other hand, it is also used pots where the brushes are grouped one in touch with another, a totally unhygienic procedure. Therefore, it has to be created means so that parents, educators and orientators become aware the children of the cares to be taken in the oral hygiene.

The current STATE OF TECHNIQUE anticipates from the same inventor of this request, PI - 0402289-0 "Collective kit of storage and distribution of dental brushes and liquid dentifrice", formed by a base predominantly rectangular in which are inserted circular orifices for insert of brush box of individual use of conic cylindrical body in which one of the extremities is fixed in the support. In the referred brush box, more specifically in its middle portion, it has a circular conformation destined to users' inscription of that brush box. In order

to facilitate the handling of the brush box, it is vertical friezes. Constructively, the known brush box, manufactured in plastic, has twenty circular orifices, besides a rectangular space destined to the toothpaste, being the same placed in the vertical position supporting itself over the support that then supports itself horizontally. The toothpaste flask of rectangular shape having an extreme beak inserted in detachable cover.

In spite of performing well the function for which was projected, the kit known of the state of technique presents some inconvenient, among which ones we highlight those more preponderant: I) Support: • Onerous process of production;

• Used material can not be recycled;

• Excess of material among orifices and rip for the toothpaste tube does not originate one compact piece, besides the reduced number of cavities (about 20 orifices for brush box); • Doesn't have a handle or "catches" for transportation;

• Archaic production process, which causes burrs in the corners and in the piece in general;

• No dimensional uniformity of the cavities (orifices and rip);

• Utilization limited to the horizontal position, being necessary a base or table. II) Brush box:

• Longitudinal grooves (friezes) favor the impurity accumulation. Ill) Tube of the Toothpaste:

• The cover is separated of the body of the tube.

Thinking of inconvenient and technical limitations, the inventor, after countless researches, created the "COLLECTIVE KIT OF STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION OF

PRODUCTS FOR ORAL HYGIENE"; composite of support, brush box, and toothpaste tube, which aggregates several improvements, starting by fixation supports in the vertical position, enabling positions alternation, horizontal or vertical, for so much in the vertical position were inserted bolts on the brush box and in the liquid dentifrice tube in order to avoid the fall or detachment of the same of the innovated support. Then, the support is obtained by means of injection and in recycled material, having lateral "catches" that facilitate its handling, besides introducing a more compact constructive disposition and with less material

between cavities of uniformized dimensions, in other words, of the multiuse orifices and rips. Already the brush box presents plane end, which avoids the impurity accumulation. Finally, the toothpaste tube has a cover solidary to its body, as well as presents grooves for better fixation to the support. The new kit introduces as main advantages, come in so many another:

I) Support:

• Refinement in the production process, injection in steel mold, enabling the utilization of any kind of plastic, inclusive bio-plastic (100% recyclable);

• Compact construction, with larger number of orifices for brush box, dental cream tube, and multiuse rip for toothpaste tube or dental floss;

• Piece exempt of burrs;

• Standardization of the orifices and rip (s);

II) Brush box:

• Plane surface; • Bolts in the extremities;

III) Toothpaste tube:

• Cover solidary to the body of the tube what facilitates the application of gel using the 'drop technique' not allowing the contact of the product with the bristles of the brush;

• Grooves that favor the fixation of the tube to the support. Being a product whose objective is the use in the sector of public health, to be used in the storage of products geared to oral hygiene in an organized way in residences, schools, nurseries and correlated locations, it can be concluded that the improvements made aggregated value in the three below related aspects:

I) Practicability - more compact and with "catches" that facilitate the handling of the support, mostly by the infantile public, as well as of the professional responsible for encouraging and supervising the brushing, in a context the kit assists in the practice of the public oral hygiene, promoting the adequate storage of the products. II) Safety - bolts on the brush box, toothpaste tube and other supplies that perhaps come to make part of the kit, as, for instance, the dental floss box, which propitiates safety in the storage and transportation until the location of brushing.

Ill) Hygiene - pieces constituent of the kit with plane end not enabling the dirt accumulation.

To follow, the kit is explained with reference to the attached drawings, in an illustrative and not limiting way, in which are represented:

The "COLLECTIVE KIT OF STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTS FOR ORAL HYGIENE", object of this Utility Model Patent solicitation consists essentially of a kit (K) manufactured by means of injection in bio-plastic containing basically a compact support (1) with lateral projections (2) for its fixation in the vertical position and brims (3) which facilitate the handling of the same; also having multiuse orifices (4) and rip (5) with uniform dimensions, said kit (K) has the brush box (6) and liquid dentifrice tube - "drop technique" (7) with bolts (8), could contain other supplies, as, for instance, boxes for dental floss equally endowed of bolts (8). More particularly, the requested kit (K) is composite by a compact and rectangular support (1) obtained by means of bio-plastic injection, conforming multiuse circular orifices (4) and rip (s) (5) for toothpaste tube reception (7), dentifrice tubes (9), brush

box (6), dental floss box (not represented) and similar products. The mentioned support (1) presents projections (2) which allows its positioning in the vertical, not discarding the use in the horizontal, still having lateral brims (3) facilitators of handling and transportation of the said support (1). Then, the brush box (6) of plane end is constituted by two pieces (10 and 11) of conical trunk shape fittable to each other that present bolts (8) which avoid its fall when in the vertical position, the same kind of solution is applied in the toothpaste tube (7) with inferior bolts (8) and cover (12) solidary to its body.

Like the production process uses molds in steel, it is obtained great end in the support (1) and brush box (6), in other words, totally exempt of burrs and with uniformity of the measures of the orifices (4) and rip (s) (5).
