Abstract:
The present invention provides a collector layer for all-solid-state batteries, which is capable of easily forming a good electron path, and which is capable of improving the rate characteristics. A collector layer 5 which is used in an all-solid-state battery 1 that is provided with a solid electrolyte layer 2 that has group 1 or group 2 ion conductivity. This collector layer 5 contains a carbon material and a solid electrolyte, and if an X-ray diffraction spectrum of a mixture that contains the carbon material and Si at the weight ratio of 1:1 is measured, the ratio of the highest peak height a within the range where 2θ is 24° or more but less than 28° to the highest peak height b within the range where 2θ is 28° or more but less than 30°, namely, a/b is from 0.2 to 10.0 (inclusive).
