Abstract:
Disclosed is a collimating lens assembly, sequentially comprising (from a laser transmitter end to a measured object end): a first lens, a second lens, a third lens and a diaphragm, with the diaphragm being at a position nearest to an image side. The first lens is a lens with a positive focal power, and a surface thereof close to the object side is a convex surface; the second lens is a lens with a negative focal power, and a surface thereof close to the object side is a concave surface; the third lens is a lens with a positive focal power, and a surface thereof close to the image side is a convex surface; and the optical centers of all the lenses are positioned in the same straight line. The collimating lens assembly, due to the reasonable distribution of the rates of change in the refractive indexes of the lenses against the temperature, can achieve a stable focal length and is applicable in scenarios at different temperatures. The rate of change in the refractive index of the first lens near the laser emitter against the temperature in the range of 0-60°C satisfies (dn/dt)1>-10×10 -6/℃, such that the aging of the lens assembly can be effectively delayed. Moreover, with the same size laser transmitter, the system has an increased focal length and a reduced field of view, thereby facilitating the implementation of a 3D structured light algorithm.
