Abstract:
Disclosed is a collimating lens, comprising sequentially from a laser transmitter end to a measured object end: a first lens having a positive focal power, an object-side surface thereof being a convex surface; a second lens having a negative focal power, both an object-side surface and an image-side surface thereof being concave surfaces; a third lens having a positive focal power; a fourth lens having a positive focal power, an image-side surface thereof being a convex surface; and an optic stop in proximity to the measured object end; the optical centers of the lenses being arranged on a same straight line; the collimating lens satisfying the following conditional expressions: (dn/dt)1 < -50 × 10-6/°C, (dn/dt)2 < -50 × 10-6/°C, (dn/dt)3 < -50 × 10-6/°C, and (dn/dt)4 < -10 × 10-6/°C, where (dn/dt)1, (dn/dt)2, (dn/dt)3, and (dn/dt)4 respectively represent the rates of change with the temperature in the range of 0-60 °C of the refractive indexes of the first lens, of the second lens, of the third lens, and of the fourth lens. The collimating lens, because of the reasonable distribution of the rates of change with the temperature of the refractive indexes of the lenses, implements focal length stability and is applicable in scenarios of different temperatures. Moreover, insofar as the size of a laser transmitter remains unchanged, the system has an increased focal length and a reduced field of view, thus facilitating the implementation of a 3D structured light algorithm.
