Abstract:
The invention discloses a colloidal mill that is widely used in the fields of food, medication
and chemical industry. An anti-leak pipe is further provided on the axle hole
of inner chamber of a main body and integrated with it, wherein said anti-leak pipe
is a little higher than a discharge port. The main axis is passed through the anti-leak
pipe, and its head has a mill rotor matched with a mill stator on the main body. Round
steel ball grooves in which steel balls are filled are added on the stable mill
part and a regulation ring. The mill stator is matched with said regulation ring
and a regulation cover. A hopper is mounted on the regulation cover, and the main
axis of its feed port is provided with a mixing feeder having several blades. The
chief advantage of said invention is that the invention can avoid idling when running
in high speed for long time, prevent the damage and the leakage of the main body,
and reduce the load of the motor. Therefore, it can realize easy and stable regulation,
and its structure is simple.
