Abstract:
A colloidal gold chromatography rapid diagnostic test strip for detecting acetylcholinesterase and a preparation method therefor. The diagnostic test strip comprises water-absorbing filter paper sequentially connected on a hard plastic bottom plate, a detection pad comprising a cellulose acetate membrane on which an anti-acetylcholinesterase monoclonal antibody (detection zone) and a rabbit anti-mouse IgG (quality control zone) are immobilized, a colloidal gold pad labeled with an anti-acetylcholinesterase monoclonal antibody, and a sample pad for placing a sample. The colloidal gold test strip is used for visual inspection of acetylcholinesterase in solutions, and has the following advantages: 1) extremely small amounts of reagents and samples are used, and the amount of sample can be as low as 10-20 μl, thus increasing the concentration of acetylcholinesterase in sample eluates, reducing false negative results; 2) no expensive instruments are required, thus being more suitable for field application; 3) time is greatly shortened, and detection speed is increased; and 4) the test strip can be stored at room temperature, with the only need being to keep the test strip dry.
