Abstract:
This color adjusting plate (10) comprises: a substrate (1); and a dielectric multilayer film (2) formed on the substrate (1) and obtained by alternately stacking high refractive index layers and low refractive index layers. The dielectric multilayer film (2) is configured so as to satisfy (1-1) to (1-3). (1-1) Reflected light obtained by reflecting white light that has been incident from a vertical direction in the same direction as the vertical direction exhibits a spectral reflection property of having a plurality of reflection peaks in a wavelength range of 380-780 nm inclusive. (1-2) The plurality of reflection peaks include at least one first main reflection peak at wavelengths less than 520 nm and at least one second main reflection peak at wavelengths of 520 nm or more. (1-3) The plurality of reflection peaks show reflectances of 20% or more with respect to a reflection peak showing a maximum reflectance among the reflection peaks in the wavelength range.
