Abstract:
A color-assisted interpretation device for an FRD epithelial tissue staining applicator, and a calibration solution for the same and use method thereof. The device comprises: a base plate (1); a detection groove (3) for placing an object to be tested in and a horizontal guide track (2), arranged side by side on the base plate (1); a sample stabilizing element, provided above the detection groove (3); a horizontal pulley transmission system, provided in the horizontal guide track (2); a vertical guide track (9), provided on the horizontal guide track (2), capable of performing horizontal movements in cooperation with the horizontal pulley transmission system; a vertical pulley transmission system, provided in the vertical guide track (9); a sensor securing frame (18), provided at a side portion of the vertical guide track (9), capable of performing vertical movements in cooperation with the vertical pulley transmission system; and a color sensor (30), provided on the securing frame (18), for performing detection on the object to be detected in the detection groove (3). The calibration solution effectively enhances the accuracy of identifying an FRD staining result of the FRD color-assisted interpretation device.
