Abstract:
A color block tag-based localization and mapping method, applicable in simultaneous mapping for an area to be localized and provided with at least one color block tag, comprising the steps of: using as the coordinate origin of a coordinate system the position of a first color block tag when first color block tag information is acquired by a mobile electronic device when moving for the first time and recording the first color block tag information and the coordinates thereof (S11); moving the mobile electronic device with the coordinate origin as a point of origin and traversing the entire area to be localized (S12); while traversing, calculating, on the basis of the direction of movement of and the distance travelled by the mobile electronic device relative to the point of origin, and recording every time the mobile device detects an obstacle the coordinates of the position of the obstacle (S13); and when finished traversing, construct a map on the basis of the recorded color block tag information and the coordinates thereof and of the coordinates of the position of each obstacle (S14). Also provided is a color block tag-based localization and mapping device.
