Abstract:
Disclosed are a color correction method and apparatus. The method comprises: respectively carrying out color correction processing according to a first color correction matrix and a first color information matrix of each image point of multiple image points in an image to be processed, so as to obtain a second color information matrix of each image point; when there is a region causing oversaturation in the image to be processed, determining a second color correction matrix, wherein the correction amplitude of the second color correction matrix is lower than the correction amplitude of the first color correction matrix; and respectively carrying out color correction processing again on the first color information matrix of each image point by using the second color correction matrix, so as to update the second color information matrix of each image point. By means of the present invention, the degree of saturation of an output image can be improved, and the details of the output image are also taken into account, so that a distortion phenomenon caused by color oversaturation can be suppressed.
