Abstract:
Color testing device in accordance to the present invention based on the use of Auracom utilizes the Auracom device that can express the subject of measurement's state of inner energy visually by detecting living body signal that is produced from the hand palm of the subject of measurement to provide testing device that can easily identify the influence of all types of colors on the subject of measurement. Accordingly, the present invention pertains to the color testing device based on the use of Auracom that facilitates discernment of colors that are useful for the subject of measurement's physical and mental health. At the same time, the present invention enables further expansion of Auracom's application area up to the area pertaining to the use of color.

COLOR TESTING DEVICE BASED ON THE USE OF AURACOM BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention: The present invention relates to the color testing device based on the use of Auracom. In more detail, the present invention utilizes the Auracom device that can express the subject of measurement's state of inner energy visually by detecting living body signal that is produced from the hand palm of the subject of measurement to provide testing device that can easily identify the influence of all types of colors on the subject of measurement. Accordingly, the present invention pertains to the color testing device based on the use of Auracom that facilitates discernment of colors that are useful for the subject of measurement's physical and mental health. At the same time, the present invention enables further expansion of Auracom's application area up to the area pertaining to the use of color.

Description of the Prior Art: In general, "Qi" (energy) that is the energy of living body that emits from the human body, is the physical and mental source of energy that proves that the human beings are living organisms. From long time ago, rhythm of blood circulation and the wave pertaining to the energy of the living body derived from the above mentioned rhythm were detected through the pulse dispersed in the human body when it pertains to

the Asian medicine. Accordingly, the state of Qi energy was identified. Moreover, hereby mentioned Qi was divided into two types of energy-yin and yang energy-and five element types-wood, fire, earth, metal, and water-to explain the generation, change and extinction or the movement of objects in accordance to the combination and circulation of yin yang and the Five Elements.

In the case of the West, the Qi itself does not assume any particular external characteristics such as size, form or color. Due to the reason that there is lack of method that can prove the concept of Qi in a scientific manner, Qi was not the target of people's attention. However in 1939, Kirlian, the best electronic technician of Russia, convened together prominent Russian scientists and showed the'Kirlian Photo'that enabled people to see the energy of living body that emits from the human body with their naked eyes. His photo was taken with a machine that he himself invented. Starting from this time, interest in Qi, which started out in the East, is increasingly gaining the interest of the West.

Moreover, Qi, emitted from the human body, is being defined amidst the forum of energy that is comprised of corpuscle and wave of energy by leveraging quantum physics these days. Magnetic resonance analyzer that is under development in the US today detects the proprietary wave that emits from human organs to diagnose which organ is malfunctioning. Dr. Albert Abrams, a medical doctor in the US, proved through his experiments that different wave is emitted by human organs and that the wave that is emitted from germs differs depending on the type of illness. Kendall Johnson of the US observed that wider and more clear Aura (Aura: color and form of Qi) resulted in human

body that was relaxed through meditation. Moreover, when spots on the body suitable for acupuncture are stimulated, the amount of Aura emission near the fingers increases.

Moreover, his experiments proved that the Aura of patents who underwent treatment became increasingly clear and brighter.

As mentioned above, the present invention pertains to a device that measures Aura that is manifested as a visual form, that is, the color and form of Qi that becomes the source of human body's physical and mental energy. Both hands of the subject of measurement shall be placed on the sensor of specific form and analysis shall be conducted on the living body signal that is measures on the hand palm of the subject of measurement area. Auracom measurement system for the human body that displays ensuing results in a visual manner is known by being posted on the Korean Patent Public Official Report No. 2000-17793 (public announcement on 2000.4. 6). The above mentioned Auracom measurement system for the human body is currently being sold by the BR System Co. , Ltd. , the patent proprietor, under the product name of Auracom.

As depicted on the Figure 1 and Figure 2, the above mentioned Auracom device shall be divided into the computer system (10) that process data that is input through Aura Sensor Part (20) and Aura Sensor Part (20) for measurement of Aura. The above mentioned Aura Sensor Part (20) shall be comprised of measurement sensor (21) of the left hand and measurement sensor (21) of the right hand that can measure living body signal (body temperature, pulse, skin conductivity, an electromyogram etc), resulting from the hand palm of the subject of measurement part and finger part. The above mentioned computer system (10) shall be comprised of computer (11) for measured data

processing, monitor (12) and/or printer (13) for the output of processed value, and camera (14) (digital camera, video camera, PC camera, capture board etc) that images the monitor (12) and/or printer (13) for the output of processed value, the subject of measurement on the monitor (12).

The above mentioned Auracom device outputs the results of data analysis of the subject of measurement that is input through the Aura Sensor Part (20) near the image of the subject of measurement that is displayed on the monitor (12) into all types of colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, navy blue, purple) and forms (pie or bar graph).

Accordingly, compared to the special sensitization Polaroid camera, hitherto Aura measurement device, the measurement method is faster and more convenient. Although an advantage is the ability to facilitate analysis of current state of Aura by the subject of measurement, special application on the various factors that can influence the subject of measurement's physical and mental health when leading daily life can be lacking. As a result, there is a tendency that the usage of Auracom device is limited to checking the state of health and psychology in accordance to the measurement of individual's Aura, and to the health and psychological counseling areas based on the use of resulting data as basic data.

As mentioned above, color can be cited as a representative element that exerts most influence to the individual's physical and mental health while leading daily life.

Recently, occupation of Coordinator that entails making-up the face with all types of colors, dyeing hair with all types of colors, and combining clothes, produced with color and design that befits each individual with all types of props is gaining attention. Trend is

such that the individuals actively leverage color as a tool for expressing themselves to the outside world. Moreover, inherent properties of color instead of those pertaining to the surgery or treatment by medicine are leveraged to pursue after increased physical and mental health improvement of each individual. Color treatment method that is used to treat all types of illnesses is gaining attention as a new alternative medicine that will lead the 2lest Century along with dietary treatment, meditation treatment method, massage treatment method, music treatment method, magnetic treatment etc.

If and when the above mentioned color shall be defined merely from a physical point of view, it is a type of electromagnetic radiation that manifests transmission of energy of light in accordance to the wave. Among numerous waves that comprise this wave of light, the eyes of human beings react to parts of wave, which induces visual sense.

As a result, human beings can sense color. Likewise, the visual domain in which human beings gain visual sense is referred to as electromagnetic wave spectrum. As for its types, there are ; color pertaining to source of light that is the wave of light that comes from source of light or radiation entity, object color that is wave of light that is shown by being reflected or absorbed onto physical object, and transillumination color that is the wave of light that is shown by transilluminating object.

Accordingly, color does not merely signify object color. Instead, it shall be defined as energy of light that results from the source of light, flow of resulting energy wave and changes in the hereto mentioned flow. The study of color that conducts research on the colors shall be defined as a study pertaining to the physical, chemical and somatological approaches towards the energy of electromagnetic wave among the

domains of light, energy of hereto mentioned flow, and changes in the hereto mentioned flow. As shown on Chart 1, color of the visible rays spectrum domain that the human beings can feel through visual sense lies between 400nm (purple)-760nm (red color) of entire frequency domain.

As shown on Chart 1, since the color of the visible rays spectrum domain lies between 400nm (purple)-760nm (red color) of entire frequency domain, the fact that proprietary wave that results from each color exerts influence on the energy wave resulting from each individual's body is well known.

However, hitherto use of color area does not recommend separate method that can disclose correlation between color proprietary wave and energy wave resulting from the human body. As a consequence, color usage such as make-up or coordination pursue only after color harmony without paying heed to the effect of color on individual's physical and mental health. Accordingly, individual's physical and mental health may be damaged by performing make-up or coordination with color that does not fit one's disposition. Problems lies in the lack of ability to contribute to the practical aspect of color usage such as correct formulation of individual's personality improvement, life/career path counseling, and learning environment or working environment based on the correct understanding of each individual's disposition through the use of color that is deeply correlated to each individual's energy wave.

Moreover, the method used mainly by Coordinator to discern color that is appropriate to each individual is to place cloth of all types of colors that measures 30- 50cm and 30-50cm in width and length, respectively, onto the body of the subject of measurement to decide whether such color fits well with the subject of measurement.

The above mentioned method is tedious, both from the point of view of the Coordinator and the subject of measurement. Moreover, the above mentioned is problematic in the sense that high costs are incurred by the work of Coordinator. And the reality is such that the above mentioned color discernment method is merely conducted in parts of Europe, which is an advanced region when it pertains to color research.

Moreover, natural treatment personnel who use color treatment method to ensure individual's health improvement and illnesses treatment fail to conduct detailed

classification of optimal color treatment that can be applied to individuals by finding out the correlation between color's proprietary wave and energy wave resulting from each individual's body. As a result, they tend to apply specific treatment effects that are inherent to various colors onto a large number of people, using comparable method.

Consequently, some people require extensive period of time to benefit from color treatment while others do not benefit significantly from color treatment.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the color testing device based on the use of Auracom. In more detail, The present invention utilizes the Auracom device that can express the subject of measurement's state of inner energy visually by detecting living body signal that is produced from the hand palm of the subject of measurement to provide testing device that can easily identify the influence of all types of colors on the subject of measurement. Accordingly, the present invention pertains to the color testing device based on the use of Auracom that facilitates discernment of colors that are useful for the subject of measurement's physical and mental health. At the same time, the present invention enables further expansion of Auracom's application area up to the area pertaining to the use of color.

Color testing device in accordance to the present invention based on the use of Auracom shall be connected and installed with computer system (10), comprised of computer (11), monitor (12), printer (13) and camera (14), and Aura Sensor Part (20) that retains measurement sensor (21) of the left hand and measurement sensor (21) of the right hand. When it pertains to the Auracom device that can visually display the subject of

measurement's state of inner energy on the hand palm of the subject of measurement from the detected living body signal through monitor (12) and printer (13), testing device (30) of no color and transparent material that shall be comprised of body part (31) that enables wearing on the wrist of the above mentioned the subject of measurement and both sides of hereto mentioned wrist band (34) shall be formed. The body part (31) of the above mentioned testing device (30) shall be comprised of ; color paper board (32) where rectangular-shaped color paper (40) shall be installed, and the fitting boundary (33) that forms fitting groove (33a) of color paper (40) that shall be projected outward from the above mentioned color paper board (32). At the both ends of the above mentioned testing device (30) 's wrist band (34), a medium that allows wearing of testing device (30) onto the subject of measurement's wrist shall be formed. At a state when the above mentioned testing device (30) is worn on the subject of measurement's wrist, the effect of color of the color paper (4) that is fit into the testing device (30) on the subject of measurement shall be measured by using Auracom.

Color testing device in accordance to the present invention based on the use of Auracom detects the living body signal that is produced from the hand palm of the subject of measurement and uses Auracom device that visually displays the subject of measurement's state of inner energy. Testing device that facilitates understanding of the effect of all types of colors on the subject of measurement is provided. Accordingly, the present invention pertains to the color testing device based on the use of Auracom that facilitates

discernment of colors that are useful for the subject of measurement's physical and mental health. At the same time, the technological initiative of the present invention entails expanding the scope of Auracom's usage such as color treatment method that can form the subject of measurement's make-up or coordination, ensure subject of measurement's personality improvement, life/career path counseling, learning environment or working environment as well as individual's health improvement and illnesses treatment.

To achieve the above mentioned technological initiatives, the present invention shall be characterized by ; color testing device in accordance to the present invention based on the use of Auracom shall be connected and installed with computer system, comprised of computer, monitor, printer and camera, and Aura Sensor Part that retains measurement sensor of the left hand and measurement sensor of the right hand. When it pertains to the Auracom device that can visually display the subject of measurement's state of inner energy on the hand palm of the subject of measurement from the detected living body signal through monitor and printer, testing device of no color and transparent material that shall be comprised of body part that enables wearing on the wrist of the above mentioned the subject of measurement and both sides of hereto mentioned wrist band shall be formed. The body part of the above mentioned testing device shall be comprised of; color paper board where rectangular-shaped color paper shall be installed, and the fitting boundary that forms fitting groove of color paper that shall be projected outward from the above mentioned color paper board. At the both ends of the above mentioned testing device's wrist band, a medium that allows wearing of testing device onto the subject of measurement's wrist shall be formed. At a state when the above

mentioned testing device is worn on the subject of measurement's wrist, the effect of color of the color paper that is fit into the testing device on the subject of measurement shall be measured by using Auracom.

Composition and Reaction of the Invention Attached figures shall be used to provide detailed explanation on the present invention that intends to achieve the above mentioned purposes.

Figure 3 shall be perspective drawing that shows color testing device in accordance to the present invention. Figure 4 shall be plane view that shows color testing device in accordance to the present invention.

Color testing device in accordance to the present invention shall be worn on the subject of measurement's wrist when the Aura of the subject of measurement is measured by using the above mentioned Auracom device. As depicted on Figure 3 and Figure 4, the above mentioned shall form body part (31) that can fit in color paper (40) to wear on the subject of measurement's wrist, and testing device (30) of no color, transparent material that extends to both sides of body part (31) as wrist band (34).

The reason that the above mentioned testing device (30) shall be formed into no- color, transparent material shall be to use measure the effect of color of color (40) that that is input into the testing device (30) by using Auracom device on the body of the subject of measurement. If and when the testing device (30) is comprised of material that has its own color, it is not possible to accurately measure the effect of color of color paper (40) that is input into the testing device (30) on the subject of measurement.

Moreover, the body part (31) of the above mentioned testing device (30) shall be comprised of, color paper board (32) where rectangular-shaped color paper (40) shall be installed, and the fitting boundary (33) that forms fitting groove (33a) of color paper 40) that shall be projected outward from the above mentioned color paper board (40). At the front part of the above mentioned fitting boundary (33), opening shall be formed to facilitate insertion and separation of color paper (40) to the inside of the testing device (30) 's body part (31).

As mentioned above, the reason that the area where color paper (40) can be inserted into the upper side of the color paper board (32) was formed in the form of boundary is that the color paper (4) that is inserted into the body part (31) can be in direct contact with the subject of measurement's wrist area to measure the influence of the color of the color paper (40) on the body of the subject of measurement with greater accuracy. It is possible to not to form color paper board (32) on the body part (31) separately and to form body part (31) only with fitting boundary (33) that comprises fitting groove (33a).

However, to ensure that the color paper (40), a measurement tool, can be used for a long period of time free of damage, formation of color paper board (32) is recommended to protect the color paper (40).

Moreover, attachment and detachment medium that enables wearing of testing device (30) on the subject of measurement's wrist is formed at both end of the above <BR> <BR> mentioned testing device (30) 's wrist band (34). On the figure, buckle (35) and band ring (35a) shall be formed at another side of wrist band (34). At the other side of the wrist band (34), formation of buckle hole (36) was depicted as one of the actual examples.

Besides buckle (35), it is possible to use various attachment and detachment mediums such as magic tape and press down button.

If and when the testing device (30) of the present invention and the Auracom device that shall be configured as above mentioned shall be used to provide detailed explanation along with the attached figure that explains the reaction of color discernment that is appropriate for the subject of measurement, the following applies.

First, main Aura (hereafter,'standard Aura') of the subject of measurement shall be output through monitor (12) or printer (13) since the state of subject of measurement's Aura is measures three to four times by using the above mentioned Auracom device at a state when the testing device (30) in accordance to the present invention is not worn on the subject of measurement's wrist.

As mentioned above, after outputting standard Aura of the subject of measurement, color paper (40) with discretionary color shall be inserted into the body part (31) of the testing device (30) in accordance to the present invention, and the testing device (30) where the color paper (40) is inserted as mentioned above shall be worn onto the wrist area of the subject of measurement so that the surface of the color paper (40) and the pulse diagnosis area of the subject of measurement wrist can come into contact directly as shown on the Figure 3.

As mentioned above, testing device (30) in accordance to the present invention shall be placed in a way that the hand palm of the subject of measurement shall come into contact with the Measurement sensor (21) (22) for both hands, installed at the Aura

Sensor Part (20) of the Auracom device at a state when it is worn on the subject of measurement's wrist area, computer (11) analyzes measured living body signal from the hand palm of the subject of measurement, and outputs second round of Aura of the subject of measurement (hereafter,'color Aura') that appears at a state when the testing device (30) is worn through the monitor (12) and printer (13). The output standard Aura of the subject of measurement and color Aura shall be compared to conduct research on the effect of the color of color paper (40) on the subject of measurement.

As mentioned above, if and when the color Aura shall be measured by applying testing device (30) in accordance to the present invention onto the subject of measurement's wrist area, individual measurement of color Aura for each color paper (40), targeting diverse color papers (40) that assumes various colors as possible is convenient in discerning colors that are appropriate to the subject of measurement in a detailed manner. However, the seven colors of red color, orange color, yellow color, green color, blue color, navy blue, and purple that comprises visible rays spectrum shall set color paper (40) of seven colored papers as the minimum basis color papers. Likewise, each colors that form base color paper as such and the color paper (40) of various colors in which clarity level (level of color's clarity) and brightness level (level of color's brightness or dimness) differ shall be formed to arrange them along with the above mentioned spectrum color by the order of clarity level and brightness level. Then, discernment of color that is appropriate for the subject of measurement based on the above mentioned order is recommended.

As mentioned above, when it pertains to the standard for judging and conducting

research on the influence of color of color paper (40) that is input into the testing device (30) on the subject of measurement by using testing device (30) in accordance to the present invention and Auracom device, measured color Aura of the subject of measurement and measured standard Aura of the subject of measurement shall be compared at a state when the testing device (30) and at a state when initial testing device (30) is not worn, respectively. Color of the color Aura that is more clear and brighter compared to the standard Aura shall be color that is useful for the physical and mental health of the subject of measurement, and of the color Aura that is dimmer, darker and complicated compared to the standard Aura shall be the color that exerts negative influence on the subject of measurement's physical and mental health.

In other words, color proprietary wave generated from the color paper (40) that comes into contact with the subject of measurement's wrist area is transmitted to the brain through the nerve cells of the subject of measurement's skin and vertebrae during the process of injecting into color paper (40) that is comprised of discretionary color shall be injected into the testing device (30) and when applying onto the subject of measurement's wrist. Proprietary wave of the color that is transmitted to the brain as mentioned above is the pivotal part among the brain parts except for brain stem {pivotal part except brain's cerebral hemisphere and cerebellum, and responsible for breathing, digestion, circulation and reproduction system and other basic living functions}, and exerts influence on the energy state of the subject of measurement since it stimulates limbic system (brain that manages emotional reaction and movement nerves). If and when the influence is optimistic, the subject of measurement's blood circulation and

metabolism are catalyzed. At the same time, the subject of measurement's physical and mental health state is maintained at favorable level, which results in color Aura that is more clear and brighter than the standard Aura. If and when the effect is pessimistic, the dim, dark and complex color Aura results.

As mentioned above, color testing device in accordance to the present invention identifies the effect of color of color paper (40) that is input into the testing device (30) on the subject of measurement's physical and mental health by simply placing the hand palm of the subject of measurement on top of the Auracom device's Aura Sensor Part (20) at a state when the testing device (30) that facilitates replacement of color paper (40) is worn on the subject of measurement's wrist. With the above mentioned, more detailed and easier discernment of color that is useful for the physical and mental health of the subject of measurement is enabled based on the use of objective data, compared to the hitherto color discernment work in which cloth of all types of colors had to be placed against the subject of measurement's body to determine whether the subject of measurement and color complement each other well.

Accordingly, through external use of color area such as make-up or coordination that takes into consideration even the subject of measurement's health improvement and Auracom, the subject of measurement's disposition can be understood accurately from the color Aura that is characterized by significant correlation of measured standard Aura and the subject of measurement's energy wave.

Based on the above mentioned, optimal color that is appropriate for the subject of

measurement's physical and mental health shall be discerned in detail including practical application areas pertaining to the use of color such as correct formation of the subject of measurement's personality improvement or life/career path counseling, learning environment or working environment, and then the results shall be applied to the existing color treatment method to expand the usage of Auracom to a wide range of areas, ranging from the outstanding health improvement effect up to the area of color treatment that provides illness treatment effect.

As mentioned above, in order to expand the scope of Auracom's usage ranging from the use of color area in accordance to the understanding of subject of measurement's disposition to the area of color treatment pertaining to the subject of measurement, various types of color paper (40) that is input into the testing device (30) shall be classified into four types of spring color, summer color, autumn color and winter color.

Then, the use of Auracom to measure the optimistic reaction of the subject of measurement in terms of season or color when comparable color is used is recommended.

In other words, color's proprietary wave and color sense manifest some difference in terms of clarity level and brightness level even in comparable color (foremost standard for the discernment of a color from another color). Each color is closely related to the natural color changes according to the seasonal changes of spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each individual retains unique disposition (energy wave) depending on the season of birth and formative conditions. Finding color by season that fits individual's disposition to gain correct understanding of individual's disposition is the effective way of applying color testing device in accordance to the present invention and Auracom

device in all types of color usage areas and area of color treatment.

First, spring color is a color in which 5-15% of yellow color is mixed into all colors that form the visible rays spectrum. The above mentioned conveys the look of primary colors, clear, warm and elegant image. Moreover, the above mentioned is characterized by high clarity level and brightness level, comprised of colors that convey bright, energetic, transparent and clean image. Summer color is the color where mix of blue and white comprise 5-15% of all colors that comprise visible rays spectrum. The above mentioned conveys soft and cold feeling, and is comprised of color of pastel tone that manifests romantic and feminine image.

Moreover, autumn color is the color in which 5-15% of mix of yellow and black is combined to all colors of the visible rays spectrum, and it conveys calm, and sometimes slightly downed feeling. While soft, it also is formed of colors that convey intellectual image. Winter color is the color in which 5-15% of blue color is combined to all colors of the visible rays spectrum, and it conveys a feeling of high clarity, strong and slightly downed feeling. It is comprised of colors that convey modern, city-like and trendy image.

As mentioned above, understanding of the subject of measurement's disposition through the 4 types of color papers (40) and Auracom device pertaining to each color by season and testing device (30) in accordance to the present invention shall be enabled by combining the results of standard Aura and color Aura pertaining to the subject of measurement based on the individual's disposition that is classified largely into four types
