Description

A COLOR TONE COSMETIC CASE OF BRUSH SAFE

KEEPING

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a color cosmetic case, and more particularly, to a color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush that a crashing sound is not generated during movement and there is no concern that color cosmetics stored in receiving portions are not stained with color cosmetics stained on a powder puff since a powder puff and a connecting rod are stored while being inserted into a storage groove that is formed to penetrate a palette from one surface of the palette to the central portion thereof. Background Art

[2] As modern societies have been rapidly diversified in recent years, people of all ages and both sexes habitually use cosmetics as occasion demands. In particular, women have used various cosmetics, cosmetic articles having various colors and tools. Various and superior cosmetic articles and tools are coming out in markets by the research and development of related enterprises.

[3] In general, make-up is classified into basic make-up, color make-up, hair make-up, body make-up, and the like. Among them, the color make-up is performed using cosmetics for the purpose of beautification after the basic make-up is finished. The color make-up is practical make-up considering the senses of beauty, color, and fashion. Therefore, the color make-up is different according to a method and skill.

[4] The cosmetics used for the color make-up are generally classified into skin cosmetics, such as a make-up base, a foundation, and powder; eye cosmetics, such as an eye shadow, an eye liner, an eyebrow pencil, and a mascara; lip cosmetics, such as a lipstick, a lip gloss, and a lip cream; and color cosmetics that are used to perform color make-up on cheeks and a chin.

[5] The color cosmetics include a lipstick, a pencil-type eye shadow, a cake-type eye shadow, and a cream-type eye shadow. Since being a product where various cosmetic materials are stored in a case, the cake-type eye shadow or the cream-type eye shadow is preferred. A brush is stored in the case together with the color cosmetic materials.

[6] A conventional case for color cosmetics, such as a lipstick or an eye shadow, used for the color make-up includes a case body and a lid. In the case body, color cosmetic materials having various colors are received in receiving portions that are a plurality of divided receiving spaces, and a brush is placed received on one side. The lid is connected to the case body by a hinge so as to be rotated at a predetermined angle, and

a mirror is attached to an inner surface of the lid.

[7] A user opens the lid of the above-mentioned conventional case for color cosmetics, grips a grip of the brush, makes a predetermined amount of color cosmetic materials to be used be stained on the brush, and applies the color cosmetic materials to a desired portion while looking in the mirror. When color make-up is finished with a user's desired color, the user places and stores the brush at a corresponding position in the case body.

[8] However, the above-mentioned conventional cosmetic case color is generally stored in a woman's pocketbook. During movement, the brush received in the case body is not fixed and is bumped against the inner walls of the case body, so that noises are generated. Further, since the color cosmetics stained on the brush are stained on the color cosmetic materials stored in the receiving portions, there has been a problem in that the colors of the color cosmetic materials are changed.

[9] Furthermore, a user should insert fingers into the case body and pull the brush in order to perform make-up by using the brush provided in the color cosmetic case. In this case, there has been a problem in that the brush frequently falls on a floor, which causes the brush to be contaminated.

[10] In addition, in order to open the lid of the color cosmetic case, for example, a user opens the lid with the right hand while fixing the lower side surface of the case body with the left hand. In this case, if the lower side surface of the case body slips on the left hand, there has been a problem in that an impact causes cracks to be generated in the cake-type color cosmetic materials stored in the receiving portions. Disclosure of Invention

[11] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush where a crashing sound is not generated during movement and there is no concern that color cosmetics stored in receiving portions are not stained with color cosmetics stained on a powder puff since a powder puff and a connecting rod are stored while being inserted into a storage groove that is formed to penetrate a palette from one surface of the palette to the central portion thereof.

[12] Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush where there is no concern that the make-up means fall on a floor and the contamination of the powder puff can be prevented since a make-up means including a powder puff, a connecting rod, and a handle is fixed to one surface of a palette and a user can conveniently make up while gripping the handle during makeup.

[13] Furthermore, still another object of the present invention is to provide a color

cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush where the lid is relatively easily opened by rotating the handle with one hand and gripping a support portion with the other hand.

[14] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush includes a palette 100, a lid 200, and a make-up means 300. The palette includes receiving portions 110 that are formed so as to store color cosmetics having various colors, and a storage groove 120 that is formed to penetrate the palette from one surface of the palette. The lid is connected to the palette 100 by a hinge and opens or closes the receiving portions 110. The make-up means is rotated about the storage groove 120, and includes a powder puff 310, a handle 330, and a connecting rod 320. The powder puff is formed on one side of the make-up means and is inserted/separated into/from the storage groove 120. The handle 330 is formed on the other side of the make-up means and is in surface contact with one surfaces of the palette 100 and the lid 200. The connecting rod 320 connects the powder puff 310 to the handle 330.

[15] The color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush may further include a recess 210, a protruding portion 220, and a separating means 331. The recess is formed on one surface of the lid 200. The protruding portion is formed at the lid 200 and elastically fitted to the palette 100 so as to fix the lid 200 to an upper portion of the palette 100. The separating means protrudes from the handle 330, is fitted to the recess 210, and is guided along an inner surface of one surface of the lid 200 during the rotation of the handle 330 so that the lid 200 is separated from the palette 100 while the lid 200 is rotated about the hinge.

[16] The color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush may further include a protrusion

130 and a fitting groove 332. The protrusion protrudes from one surface of the palette 100 so as to be curved, and the fitting groove is formed at the handle 330. The protrusion 130 is fitted to the fitting groove, and the handle 330 is rotated during the operation of the handle 330 while being fitted to the fitting groove.

[17] The color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush may further include a support portion 140 that is formed on the other surface of the palette 100 and supports the palette 100 so as to prevent the shaking generated in the palette 100 when the lid 200 is opened or closed.

[18] As described above, according to the present invention, a powder puff and a connecting rod are stored while being inserted into a cavity that is formed to penetrate a palette from one surface of the palette to the central portion thereof. Accordingly, a crashing sound is not generated during movement and there is no concern that color cosmetics stored in receiving portions are not stained with color cosmetics stained on a powder puff.

[19] Further, since a make-up means including a powder puff, a connecting rod and a

handle is fixed to one surface of a palette and a user can conveniently make up while gripping the handle during make-up, there is no concern that the make-up means fall on a floor and it is possible to prevent the contamination of the powder puff.

[20] Furthermore, it is possible to relatively easily open the lid by rotating the handle with one hand and gripping a support portion with the other hand.

[27] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to accompanying drawings. Like reference numerals shown in each drawing refer to like elements.

[28] Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, and Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where a palette and a make-up means of the color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush according to the preferred embodiment of the invention are separated from each other. The color cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush according to the preferred embodiment of the invention includes a palette 100, a lid 200, and a make-up means 300. The color cosmetic case may further include color cosmetics 10, receiving portions 110, a storage groove 120, a protrusion 130, a support portion 140, a mirror 201, a recess 210, a protruding portion 220, a powder puff 310, a connecting rod 320, a handle 330, a separating means 331, and a fitting groove 332.

[29] The palette 100 includes the receiving portions 110, the storage groove 120, the protrusion 130, and the support portion 140. The receiving portions 110 are portions where the color cosmetics 10 are stored, and are formed at an upper portion of the

palette 100 so that the color cosmetics 10 having various colors are stored to be classified according to colors. A lid 200 to be described below is connected to the palette 100 by a hinge 20, and selectively opens or closes the receiving portions 110.

[30] Further, the storage groove 120 is formed to penetrate the palette 100 from one surface of the palette. The powder puff 310 and the connecting rod 320 of the make-up means 300 to be described below are stored while being inserted into the storage groove 120. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the color cosmetics, which are stained on the powder puff 310, from being mixed to the color cosmetics 10 stored in the receiving portions 110 after the powder puff is used.

[31] Meanwhile, a curved protrusion 130 protrudes form one surface of the palette 100 as shown in Fig. 2, and the protrusion 130 is fitted to a fitting groove 332 formed at a handle 330 to be described below. Accordingly, it is natural that the fitting groove 332 should also have a curved shape.

[32] The protrusion 130 and the fitting groove 332, which are formed in a curved shape and fitted to each other as described above, function to guide the make-up means 300 that is to be rotated and described below.

[33] Further, the support portion 140 is formed on the other surface of the palette 100.

When a user rotates the handle 330 of the make-up means 300 to be described below in one direction in order to change the states of the lid 200 and the palette 100 from a closed state to an open state, the support portion functions to prevent the shaking of the palette 100 and to support the palette 100.

[34] Accordingly, assuming that a user grips the handle 330 with the right hand and rotates the handle, the user grips the support portion 140 with the left hand in order to open or close the lid. In this case, the right hand may be a generation point where shaking is generated, and the left hand is an offset point where the shaking generated at the right hand is offset.

[35] Further, it is natural that the support portion 140 should not interfere with the user's opening or closing operation of lid 200.

[36] The lid 200 covers the upper portion of the color cosmetics 10, which are stored in the receiving portions 110 of the palette 100, in order to prevent foreign substances such as dust from entering the receiving portions 110. The lid 200 is opened or closed while being connected to the palette 100 by a hinge, and the mirror 201 is provided on the inner surface of the lid 200.

[37] Further, the protruding portion 220 is formed at the lid 200 so that a state where the receiving portions 110 are protected from the outside by the lid 200 that is opened or closed using the hinge 20, that is, a closed state is kept. It is preferable that the protruding portion 220 be elastically fitted to a portion of the palette opposite to the portion where the lid is connected to the palette by a hinge.

[38] Meanwhile, the recess 210 is formed on one surface of the lid 200, and the separating means 331 to be described below is fitted to the recess 210. If a user grips and rotates the handle 330 in one direction in order to open the lid 200 to be described below when the separating means 331 is fitted to the recess 210 as described above, the separating means 331 separates the lid 200 from the palette 100 and the receiving portions 110 are opened.

[39] When a user having finished basic make-up applies the color cosmetics 10, which are stored in the receiving portions 110, to a desired portion during color make-up, the make-up means 300 is used. The make-up means includes the powder puff 310, the connecting rod 320, and the handle 330.

[40] The powder puff 310 functions as a brush that is in direct contact with the user's skin, and is stained with the color cosmetics 10 stored in the receiving portions 110. One end of the powder puff 310 is connected to the connecting rod 320.

[41] The connecting rod 320 functions to allow the powder puff 310 to be easily stained with cake-type color cosmetics. One end of the connecting rod is connected to the powder puff 310, and the other end thereof is connected to the handle 330. That is, the powder puff 310 and the connecting rod 320 may be the same as a conventional brush.

[42] While being connected to the connecting rod 320, the handle 330 is one surfaces of the palette 100 and the lid 200. As shown in Fig. 1, the curved protrusion 130 protrudes from one surface of the palette 100 so that the handle 330 is fixed to the palette 100, and the fitting groove 332 to be fitted to the protrusion 130 is formed at the handle 330.

[43] Further, the separating means 331, which is to be fitted to the recess 210 formed on one surface of the lid 200, is formed at the handle 330. The separating means 331 functions to separate the lid 200 from the palette 100.

[44] Meanwhile, the powder puff 310 is consumables. When the powder puff 310 is replaced, the powder puff 310 and the connecting rod 320 are replaced with a new powder puff and a connecting rod after the connecting rod 320 is separated from the handle 330.

[45] The operation of the cosmetic case for safely keeping a brush having the above- mentioned structure will be described below with reference to Figs. 5, 6, and 7.

[46] Fig. 5 is a side view showing a state where the palette is closed, that is, a state where the lid 200 covers the upper portion of the palette 100.

[47] If a user grips the support portion 140, for example, with the left hand and rotates the handle 330 in the above-mentioned state shown in Fig. 5, the protruding portion 220 having been fixed to the upper portion of the palette 100 is separated from the upper portion of the palette while the make-up means 300 is rotated about the storage groove 120.

[48] When the protruding portion 220 is separated as described above, the state shown in

Fig. 5 is changed to the state shown in Fig. 6. When the handle 330 is rotated as described above, the separating means 331 having been fitted to the recess 210 is guided along the inner surface of one surface of the lid 200.

[49] If the separating means 331 is rotated about the storage groove 120 as described above, the lid 200 is rotated about the hinge 20 by the separating means 331 like in the states shown in Figs. 6 and 7, so that the upper portion of the palette 100, that is, the receiving portions 110 are opened.

[50] In more detail, when the palette 100 and the lid 200 are in a closed state, the separating means 331 is fitted to the recess 210. After that, if a user rotates the handle 330 in one direction in order to open the lid 200, the state shown in Fig. 1 is changed to the state shown in Fig. 3, that is, a state where the color cosmetics 10 stored in the receiving portions 110 are opened.

[51] If the user grips and pulls the handle 330 to the left side in the above-mentioned state shown in Fig. 3, a state becomes the state shown in Fig. 4, that is, a state where the user can make up.

[52] After finishing make-up in the state where the user can make up, the user closes the lid 200. Then, the user grips the handle 330 and fits the handle to one surfaces of the palette 100 and the lid. In this case, the separating means 331 is inserted into the recess 210, and the protrusion 130 and the fitting groove 332 are fitted to each other.

[53] That is, the make-up means 300 is usually one surfaces of the palette 100 and the lid

200 while the powder puff 310 and the connecting rod 320 are inserted into the storage groove 120. At the time of the make-up, the user grips and rotates the handle 330 in one direction in order to open the lid 200 as shown in Figs. 3 and 4.
