Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce color variation due to changes in angle of view while increasing durability for water repellent car washing agents for a colored defogging mirror using surface reflection in which the reflective color is presented as blue or green and which has defogging properties.
[Solution] A colored defogging mirror (11) has a laminated structure of a reflective layer (14), a reflectivity adjusting layer (20), a photocatalyst layer (16), and a hydrophilic layer (18) on a base material (12) in that order. The photocatalyst layer (16) is constituted of TiO2 with a film thickness of 140 - 200 nm. The hydrophilic layer (18) is constituted of porous SiO2. The reflectivity adjusting layer (20) is constituted of, for example, a mixture of Al2O3 and Ta2O5, a mixture of Al2O3 and SnO2, and a mixture of Al2O3 and ZrO2. The colored defogging mirror (11) has a maximum value for reflectivity of 430 - 560 nm, and the reflective color is presented as blue or green. The ratio of the maximum value and the minimum value for the reflectivity of the colored defogging mirror (11) in the visible range is 2 - 4.
