Abstract:
A colored masterbatch drying chamber structure, comprising a drying chamber. The drying chamber comprises a drying part and an apparatus part provided on either side of the drying part. An opening is provided between the drying part and the apparatus part. A high temperature-resistant fabric is provided covering the opening. A rotating mechanism is provided within the apparatus part. The rotating mechanism at least comprises two rotating disks. The maximum distance from the edges of the rotating disks to the center of rotation of the rotating disks is greater than the distance from the center of rotation to the axial centerline of the drying part. The edges of the rotating disks prop up the high temperature-resistant fabric in the direction of the axial centerline to form a bulging structure. A hot air pipe is provided within the apparatus part. The direction of air output of the hot air pipe faces the drying part. The present invention solves the problem of the prior art by providing the drying chamber having the rotating mechanism and the structure fitting the high temperature-resistant fabric.
