Abstract:
A colored PVC decorative panel production apparatus capable of preventing color differences. The apparatus comprises a closed-loop adjustment mechanism (3), wherein the closed-loop adjustment mechanism (3) comprises a piston rod I (31), a first airbag (32) is arranged on an outer side of the piston rod I (31), a second airbag (33) is fixedly connected to an outer side of the first airbag (32), a wedge-shaped block (34) is fixedly connected to the middle of the piston rod I (31), and a piston I (35) is fixedly connected to the bottom face of the wedge-shaped block (34); and a housing I (36) is arranged at the bottom end of the piston rod I (35), a piston II (37) is slidably connected inside the housing I (36), and a screw rod I (38) is connected inside the piston II (37) in a threaded manner. In the apparatus, piezoelectric ceramics are arranged inside the second airbag (33), and a temperature rise increment signal is conveniently fed back by means of electrical conversion of the piezoelectric ceramics, such that a closed loop is formed to balance the temperature and pressure, and a fluid viscous resistance reaches a stable state, thereby effectively solving the problem of color differences; and by means of rotation of an impeller, cold air around a condensation pipe (4) flows, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency and cooling efficiency.
