Abstract:
A preparation method for a colored synthetic fiber, and a colored synthetic fiber prepared. The preparation method comprises: mixing an anhydride-functionalized benzene or naphthalene derivative with a polymer material and carrying out melt extrusion, mixing and melting the extruded mixture obtained, an o-diamine compound, and a catalyst again, during the period, reacting a colorant raw material to generate a colorant, and carrying out melt spinning on the colored polymer material to obtain a colored fiber; or mixing an anhydride-functionalized benzene or naphthalene derivative with a polymer material to obtain a first mixed melt, mixing an o-diamine compound, a catalyst, and the same polymer material to obtain a second mixed melt, mixing the first mixed melt and the second mixed melt, reacting to generate a colorant, and spinning the colored polymer melt to obtain a colored synthetic fiber. According to the preparation method, colorant synthesis, polymer processing, and spinning are combined, colorant grinding and use of color master batch are avoided, and the colorant is obtained by on-line synthesis and colors the polymer melt, and is uniformly dispersed in the polymer at a molecular level; thus, high-quality colored synthetic fibers are efficiently produced.
