Abstract:
A coloring composition comprising at least one type of cyanine compound (α), a polymerizable compound (β) provided with an ethylenically unsaturated bond and a hydrophilic group, and silica particles (γ) having an average particle size of 5 nm to 100 μm, wherein the content of the silica particles (γ) having an average particle size of 5 nm to 100 μm is 32–82 mass% of the solid content of the coloring composition. The at least one type of cyanine compound (α) is preferably included in a total of 0.01–10.0 parts by mass relative to a total 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the polymerizable compound (β) provided with an ethylenically unsaturated bond and a hydrophilic group and the solid content of the silica particles (γ) having an average particle size of 5 nm to 100 μm. The silica particles (γ) having an average particle size of 5 nm to 100 μm are preferably a colloidal silica.
