Abstract:
A column type hydraulic tappet comprises a shell (2). A plunger (1) is correspondingly mounted in the cavity of the shell. A high pressure cavity (10) is formed by extending between the lower end surface of the plunger (1) and the lower side of the shell (2). The external diameter of the shell (2) is provided with an outer ring groove (12). The inner side of the shell (2) in the radial direction is provided with an inner ring groove (8). One or more shell oil inlets (7) are formed between the inner ring groove (8) and the outer ring groove (12). The lower end of the inner side of the shell (2) is provided with a grinding wheel grinding undercut (14). The upper end wall of the inner ring groove (8) of the shell is a first inner cylindrical wall (16). The inner wall of the shell between the lower end of the inner ring groove (8) of the shell and the grinding wheel grinding undercut (14) is a second inner cylindrical wall (17). A first ring groove (13) is formed in the lower portion of the head portion (11) of the plunger, and a second ring groove is formed in the middle of the plunger. A middle wall of the plunger is arranged between the first ring groove (13) and the second ring groove. The second ring groove is a concave wide ring groove (5). At least one oil inlet (6) communicated with the second ring groove is formed in the middle wall of the plunger. The cylindrical wall at the lower end of the concave wide ring groove (5) of the plunger is the lower wall (15) of the plunger. A leaking and sinking sealing strip (18) is arranged between the second inner cylindrical wall (17) of the shell and the lower wall (15) of the plunger. The width δ of the grinding wheel grinding undercut (14) is no less than the operating stroke height h of the plunger (1).
